Yes, Sigarenverkoop.nl delivers throughout whole of the World, to your home address or even at your work address if you want to! We only deliver to private persons. The costs of delivering abroad is additionaly charged, but please contact us first. Cigars are only delivered to persons above the age of 16.
How long do I have to wait for my cigars?
We try to keep a maximum delevery time of 7 days after payment is arrived. However, most orders are delivered within five work days. Like any other online shop we depent on delivering services of other companies. Experience teaches that 98% of all orders are delivered on time!
Are payments on Sigarenverkoop.nl secure?
Payments are to be done to a Dutch Rabobank account and can be backtraced at any time. When Sigarenverkoop.nl received your payment, your order will be shipped out.
Can Sigarenverkoop.nl always deliver my order?
It is possible that your cigars are temporarily out of stock. We depent on the availability of our suppliers. When an order of cigars can not be deliverd on time we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then choose to wait untill the cigars are available again, replace your order or cancel the whole order. Money already transferred to us will be refunded.
