How can I select cigars and order cigars?

You can select and order cigars as described here. Select the type of cigar that you're looking for. You can do this by choosing the type of cigar in the cigar menu on the left side of the website. When you choose one of these, our collection of cigars will be shown and you can select the products you like. By clicking the 'info' button to the left of the cigar name, you can read the details of that cigar. When you'd like to order this cigar, click the 'bestel' button. You can now fill in the number of units you want to order. A unit for example is 100 cigars in a box, so if you want 200 cigars, you'll need to order 2 units. By clicking the 'plaats in winkelwagen' button, the cigars will be added to your shopping cart. If you like you can, of course, select more cigars after this.

After having put all the cigars you'd like to order to you shopping cart, you can look at the contents of your cart, and if neccessary change, cancel or delete items from your shopping cart at any time by clicking the 'shopping cart' link in the top menu.

Order cigars
On the shopping cart page the various items you've selected are clearly ordened. You can place your order by clicking 'volgende stap'.

Confirm your order
You will now reach the order page, here you can fill in your contact information, so that we can send your cigars en if neccessary contact you. After you filled in the contact form click 'verstuur de bestelling'.

Buy cigars
You order will now be placed in our order system. You will automatically receive a confirmation of the ordered cigars via email. This mail also contains the order number you have to mention in your payment description or when you have a question about your order.

We will ship the cigars to you after having received your payment. With your cigars we will also send your bill.

When you can not find the cigar you like in our collection, please send us an email. We will try to help you as much as we can.

Shipment of cigars

The cigars are shipped in wooden boxes and sometimes in cardboard. The orders are packed with the greatest care which will make sure your favourite cigar is delivered without any damage. We do not accept any responsibility for the damage done to your package after the package was handed over to the delivery service.

Shipping and packaging rates
The rates for shipping depents on the total weight of the package and the destination. Ordering multiple packages at once is cheaper. Rates:

In the Netherlands till 5 kilo € 7,30 per shipment
EU up to 2 kilos between 17 and 21 euro per shipment.
Outside of EU up to 2 kilos € 29,00 per shipment.

This rates are based on standard sending procedure. When you want to ship with priority shipping rates are higher. Please contact us!

Delivery time for cigars
All orders are shipped by TNT. We will send the cigars in maximum 7 days after receiving your payment. If you like, the cigars can be send with registered post. This will be charged extra!
